Trumpet Virtuoso Doc Severinsen to perform at St. Rose | Arts & Culture

ALBANY - On Friday, September 14, legendary trumpeter Doc Severinsen will be performing at the College of Saint Rose.
Best known for opening The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson with a signature trumpet blast, Grammy Awars winner Severinsen has made more than 30 albums.
Severinsen and His Big Band have many styles ranging from jazz-fusion to classical.
The show begins at 7:30p.m. in the Kathleen McManus Picotte Recital Hall, 1002 Madison Avenue, Albany.
