'Bite Back for a Cure' race held to fight tick-borne diseases
COLONIE – The Tick-Borne Disease Alliance will hold “Bite Back for a Cure,” a run/walk to fight tick-borne diseases on Saturday Oct. 13.
The Tick-Borne Disease Alliance (TBDA) is a leading national nonprofit dedicated to raising awareness, promoting advocacy and supporting initiatives to find a cure for tick-borne diseases, including Lyme.
The run/walk will be held at The Crossings of Colonie.
Running and walking routes are within the park, rain or shine.
Registration for the run/walk is at 9:30a.m.
The 5K Run will be held at 11a.m., and the 1.5 mile walk is to follow
