Pierce convicted of sexual assualt. | Crime
A former DARE officer and Albany detective is heading to jail.
Paul Pierce has been convicted of sexually abusing a 16 year old boy in Rensselaer County.
He's due to be sentenced on charges of criminal sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child on April 30th.
Pierce is also looking at similar charges in Albany and Warren counties.
