Noise complaint leads to assault in Albany | Crime

Three Albany residents are accused of breaking into their neighbors' apartment and beating up their friend.

Police say Nicolina Cabezal threw a lamp shade through her neighbor's window after he complained about the noise coming from a party at her apartment.

Police say her friends; James Shormis and James Mansheffer then forced their way into the neighbor's apartment and beat him up.

All three suspects turned themselves into police.                    

The neighbor was treated at the hospital for bruised ribs.
