ALBANY - Preparations are underway for President Obama's visit to Albany.
Part of the president's motorcade arrived at the airport via a military transport plane Monday morning. He will visit the College of Nanoscale Science And Engineering Tuesday.
The president's appearance and a planned economic speech would give him a chance to test ways to appeal to voters in key Midwest states who share a certain political and economic views with upstate New Yorkers.
